Dental care from a dentist or hygienist is HST-exempt. Teeth whitening is cosmetic, so 13% HST is added. Your written estimate always comes first.

Sample prices in Canadian dollars, in line with the 2026 Ontario fee guide and Toronto clinics. Lab fees for crowns and bridges are included here.

    Your first visit

    What to expect

    1. Book online

Pick a time that suits you. Tell us if you're nervous; we'll plan around it.

    2. Exam and x-rays

A full check of teeth, gums, bite and an oral cancer screening, with low-dose digital x-rays.

    3. Cleaning

Your hygienist removes tartar and polishes, and shows you any spots to watch.

    4. Your plan and prices

We go over what we found on screen and give you a written estimate. No surprises.

    Insurance and billing

    Less paperwork, fewer surprises

    Direct billing

We bill most dental plans directly, so you only pay your share. We can also send a predetermination to your insurer before bigger treatment.

    Canadian Dental Care Plan

We welcome patients covered by the CDCP (sample claim the clinic confirms). Bring your member card; we'll check what's covered and any co-pay before treatment.

    Payment plans

Spread the cost of implants, aligners and larger treatment over monthly payments (sample offer, subject to approval).

      Questions

      Good to know

      Are you taking new patients?

Yes, adults and children. Book a new patient visit online; it includes an exam, x-rays and a cleaning.

      Does OHIP cover dental care?

Mostly no. OHIP only covers some dental surgery done in a hospital. Most people use a work or private dental plan, the Canadian Dental Care Plan, or pay themselves. Children in low-income families may qualify for Healthy Smiles Ontario.

Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan?

Yes (sample claim the clinic confirms). The plan pays its own set fees, and some people pay a co-pay based on family income. We check what's covered before treatment starts.

      How often should I get a check-up?

For most people every six months, but some need cleanings more often for gum health. Your dentist will suggest a schedule that fits you.

I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?

Yes. Tell us when you book. We explain each step, agree on a stop signal, and offer numbing gel, headphones and laughing gas (nitrous oxide).

When should my child first see a dentist?

By their first birthday, or within six months of their first tooth. Early visits are short and fun, and help catch problems early.
