Neck pain and stiffness
Not a diagnosis. Go to emergency or call 911 for chest pain, sudden weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or a head injury with vomiting or confusion.
Care for how you move
Every visit is one-on-one with a registered physiotherapist or massage therapist. Your plan is built around your goals, whether that's running again, lifting your grandkids or sitting through a workday.
Clear Toronto prices
Physiotherapy from a registered physiotherapist is HST-exempt. Massage therapy has 13% HST added. Most extended health plans cover part of each visit.
Sample prices in Canadian dollars, in line with Toronto clinics in 2026. Receipts list your therapist's registration number for your insurer.
What to expect
Book online
Pick a time that suits you. You don't need a doctor's referral to see a physiotherapist in Ontario.
Assessment
We go over your history, test how you move and explain what we find in plain words. Wear clothes you can move in.
Treatment
Hands-on care and exercise start on day one, with other tools like needling or shockwave when they suit you.
Home program
You leave with a short exercise plan and know what to expect at each follow-up.
Less paperwork for you
Direct billing
We bill most extended health plans directly, so you only pay the part your plan doesn't cover. Bring your plan and member numbers to your first visit.
Car accidents and WSIB
Hurt in a car accident or at work? We help open your auto or WSIB claim and bill the insurer directly once it's approved.
Receipts that work
Every receipt shows your therapist's name and registration number, so your claim goes through the first time. Unused coverage usually resets each plan year.

Good to know
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. In Ontario you can book a physiotherapist directly. Some insurance plans ask for a doctor's note before they pay, so check your plan if you're not sure.
Does OHIP cover physiotherapy here?
No. This is a private clinic. OHIP-funded physiotherapy is only offered at approved community clinics for people who qualify. Most extended health plans cover part of private physiotherapy.
How long is the first visit?
About 60 minutes: an assessment and your first treatment. Follow-ups are 30 or 45 minutes.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on the problem and your goals. Your physiotherapist gives you an estimate after the assessment and checks progress at every visit.
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothes so we can see and move the area. Shorts for knee or hip problems, a tank top for shoulders.
Do you offer virtual visits?
Yes, for follow-ups, exercise reviews and advice. Many insurance plans cover them like an in-clinic visit.
