Questions

Good to know before you book

How far ahead should I book?

At least one business day ahead when you can. Same-day work orders are accepted when a van is free, and we tell you quickly if we can't make it.

Can a family member or caregiver ride along?

Yes. One companion rides along at no extra charge. Let us know in the work order if more people are coming so we send the right van.

What if the appointment runs late?

Choose "Will call when ready" for the return trip and call us when you're finished. If you booked waiting time, the driver stays on site and extra waiting is charged in 15-minute blocks.

Do you take power wheelchairs and scooters?

Yes. Tell us the type in the work order, and whether the chair and rider together are over 300 lb, so we send a van and ramp rated for it.

Can our care home set up an account?

Yes. Facilities and hospital departments can book under a monthly account and receive one invoice. Choose "Facility account" in the work order.

Is this an ambulance service?

No. We provide non-emergency transportation for riders who are medically stable. For an emergency, call 911.

Need a ride this week?

Send a work order now and we'll confirm the pickup window.
