Lab-grown or natural diamond: what is the difference?
Both are real diamonds with the same hardness and sparkle. Lab-grown diamonds are made above ground and cost far less for the same size. Natural diamonds are mined and hold their value better. We carry certified stones of both and show you each one before you decide.
How long does a custom ring take?
Most rings in the designer are ready in 3 to 4 weeks. Fully custom designs take 4 to 6 weeks, including a wax or 3D preview you approve first.
What if the ring doesn't fit?
Sizing is free for the first year on rings we make. For other rings, sizing starts at $85.
Do you ship outside Toronto?
Yes, insured shipping across Canada, free on orders over $150. You can also pick up at the studio for free.
What is your return policy?
Unworn ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 30 days. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale. This is a sample policy the owner sets.
Is there a warranty?
Every piece has a one-year manufacturing warranty, plus free cleaning and claw checks for life.
